1) When will I receive my script(s)? (payment options)
Once your payment has been verified, we will send you the files. Verification time for 2CheckOut payments is usually up to 8 hours, but in some rare cases can last up to 48 hours (purchases during weekends etc...). AlertPay verification time is up to 8 hours. LibertyReserve payment verification time is up to 8 hours. We will send files to email address you used during purchase. If you want files to be send to different email address, please contact us after the purchase. |
2) What are the licensing terms?
Each purchase is valid on a single domain name basis. If you would like to use any of our scripts on more than one domain, you will need to purchase a license for each domain. |
3) Are there installation instructions with the scripts?
Yes! Each script contains a readme file which explains how to set-up the scripts step by step. |
4) I installed the script but it does not work correct at all!?
Before you try to do anything else, erase script you tried to install from your server, and try to do new clean install. This helps in almost 50% of problems! |
5) During or after installation I got this error: "Session save path Not set, Unwriteable etc..."
This a problem with your server, server where you host your domain. Please contact your hosting provider to resolve the issue! |
6) During or after installation, clicking on any link in script do not work!?
This a problem with your server settings, server where you host your domain. Usually, enabling register_globals resolves the problem. Please contact your hosting provider to find out how to do that! |
7) I installed the script but I receiving follwing error: Fatal error: Call to undefined function: curl_init() in /home/www/yourwebsitename/html/sut/admin.php(42) : eval()'d code(1) : eval()'d code(1) : eval()'d code(1) : eval()......?
Most possible reason is that your server do not have cURL module installed or your hosting provider installed cURL module but did not compiled php with it. Note that this is not a script error. You can resolve this problem by contacting your hosting provider. |
8) Can I change the design, look and feel of the scripts?
Yes. All of our scripts can be edited in appearance in any way you wish. |
9) Technical support? Is it free?
Due to the fact that our scripts are low priced ones, we do not offer free support for scripts purchased on our site. This is the main reason why scripts are low priced. If you will need support service, please contact us. One hour support service cost $20 and can be purchased via 2CheckOut, AlertPay or LibertyReserve. |
10) Can you install script for me?
Yes we can. If you will need installation service please contact us. Installation service cost $25 per script and can be purchased via 2CheckOut, AlertPay or LibertyReserve. |
11) Your demo script do not work/I cant login to check script features!?
Demo scripts are fully functional (except sending emails and paying). All our potential customers can make any change they want during script testing. MySQL database will reset to default values every few hours, so you can check script again in few hours and it will work.
